Lost in ffffound No.8

Friday, August 7th, 2009

Happy Friday everyone! I’ve missed the Lost in ffffound Fridays so I’ve decided to bring it back this week. I was so smitten with the colors and theme Katie used for her son’s 1st birthday party so this collection is inspired by that. Have a lovely weekend! xoxo

Tread Art

Monday, July 13th, 2009

I ran across these Betsabeé carved tires over at Design Llama and just had to post about them. I’m a total sucker for repurposed objects and these definitly fit the bill. These old tires get a new lease on life as art and prints.

Pocket Workbook

Tuesday, July 7th, 2009

Loving these pocket workbooks I spotted on ffffound yesterday! The colors and patterns are beyond charming and for around $9.00 a piece they’re pretty affordable too! See Wendy’s whole collection in her Etsy shop and visit her blog Dozi and Flickr set for updates and inspiration. Wouldn’t a set of these make a perfect gift for back-to-school?!

Sanna Annukka + Marimekko

Friday, May 22nd, 2009

My love for Sanna Annukka is well documented and who doesn’t love anything Marimeko?! You can imagine my glee when I found out the two were collaborating! The Sanna Annukka’s Marimekko Kaneleen kutsu pattern is a bold print of forest animals depicting stories from the Finnish folklore tale, the Kalevala. Below are some of my favorites from this new collection.
