Last weeks post about Ladurée reminded me of these mini donuts I bookmarked a few weeks back on Such Pretty Things. I’ve never attempted to make dounuts myself; partly because I’m afraid of boiling oil but mostly because I fear I’d eat them all in one sitting! These, however, seem like something I could manage. And since they’re baked, if I do eat them all by myself, it would only be half as bad.
Thanks to Jessica for posting her inspiring images! She says they are not only super easy to make but incredibly delicious as well. I can’t wait to give these a try, and I’ll be sure to post about them when I do. Have any of you made donuts, was it worth the effort? I’d love to know what you think!
